Perfect Timing

“As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is flawless.

He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.”

~2 Samuel 22:31

"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." ~Proverbs 27:17

I love how perfect God’s timing is.  I love that I can trust He knows what’s best for me.  Just when I think I’m going to dip down in to the well of life and pull out an empty bucket.  God surprises me!  He fills my well back up.  He gives me the opportunity to seek Him, to know Him, and to live through Him.  He continues to amaze me!

This last week, I spent time with a friend who encouraged me greatly.  I tend to treasure every moment of the friendships that sharpen me and teach me how to stay focused on all that God is doing.  Praise God for friendship and the gift of knowing that there are people we can count on.  People who have our back.

Please take time today to thank someone who has been there for you!  Take time to appreciate the people who sharpen you!  Take time to appreciate God’s perfect timing.

Dear Abba, I thank You for this last week of refreshing time with a friend!  Thank you for pouring back in to me, so I can pour in to others.  I praise Your work for it is awesome and truly more than I can comprehend.

Loving Your Perfect Timing,
Sarah

  1. Sarah,
Thank you for your faithfulness to God and His Word. You were there when I needed a friend in Glen Mills, PA at that Goodwill Store and you are still there with a Word from God when I need it.
    Love and blessings,
    Kathie
